Sony Xperia XZ gets 50 cheaper in the US now sells for 649 99

Sonys newest flagship smartphone, the Xperia XZ, launched in the US at the beginning of this month. Ever since, its been sold unlocked for $699.99. But right now you can get it for less, which should be helpful if youve found that initial price non-palatable.

Amazon has decided to shave a cool $50 off the price of the Xperia XZ, taking it down to $649.99. Thats still a lot, but at least its in line with other competing high-end devices. The phone is available in black, blue, and silver. Its unclear if this is a limited time deal or a permanent price cut, though. So if you want to be sure youll save $50, you might as well buy the Xperia XZ as soon as possible.

The handset comes with a 5.2-inch 1080p touchscreen, the Snapdragon 820 chipset, 3GB of RAM, 32GB of expandable storage, a 23 MP f/2.0 rear camera with phase detection and laser autofocus, a 13 MP selfie snapper, and a 2,900 mAh battery. It runs Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow. It will work with GSM-based carriers such as AT&T, T-Mobile, Straight Talk, MetroPCS, Simple Mobile, Bright spot, Net10, h20 Wireless, and Cricket.
